The dialogic Gestalt therapy belongs to the group of so-called "humanistic psychotherapies". In a Gestalt therapy you will practice mindful awareness of your emotions and experience self-effectiveness. You will resolve intrapersonal conflicts and (re-)gain inner balance. In this way, you will also clarify and improve your interpersonal relations. I will be glad to help you discover, expand and apply your inner resources in a target-oriented manner.


The name "Gestalt therapy" is not to be confused with German "Gestaltungstherapie" (creative therapy).


Gestalt therapy is a suitable therapeutic procedure to process e.g. perception of
